By Car From Kuala Lumpur Head east towards Kuantan using the Karak Highway which takes you approximately 3 - 31/2 hours. Once you arrived at the outskirts of Kuantan town, head towards the Northeast to Kuala Trengganu. From Penang Head towards Kota Bharu via the East-West Highway. From Kota Bharu, drive further to the south to Merang & Kuala Trengganu. From Johore/Singapore Travel North using the North-South Highway and exit at Labis & Yong Peng. From Yong Peng, take another highway to Segamat. From Segamat, take the highway to Kuantan. From Kuantan, head towards the Northeast to Kuala Trengganu. By Flight Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia offer daily flights from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to Trengganu. |
